Q: How do I book an appointment?

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: The Blowdry Lounge is by appointment only, but you can always reach out for a same-day appointment. Text is preferred (619) 736-2476.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Absolutely. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. You can reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email or by texting. (619) 736-2476
Parking Information
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes! The Salon offers both residential and metered street parking nearby.
Q: Is parking usually easy to find?
A: Generally, there’s plenty of parking available. However, it can be more limited on weekends and during evening hours, so we recommend arriving a bit early or taking a Lyft just in case.
Q: Do you have any tips for finding parking?
A: Metered spots are usually available on nearby main streets, while residential areas offer free parking with some time limits—just be sure to read the signs carefully. Try Robinson & Georgia St. for free parking.
Before & After Your Visit
Q: What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
A: Come with detangled, dry hair (unless instructed otherwise), and feel free to bring inspiration photos.
Q: What is your late policy?
A: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Additionally, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients' schedules.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the results?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Products & Retail
Q: What hair products do you use?
A: We use salon-quality, professional-grade products. We try our best to use low-fragrance and low-toxic products from brands like Innersense and Cult & King.
Q: Can I purchase the products you use?
A: Not in person at this time.
General Policies
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Some services, such as Smoothing or Gloss treatments, may require a deposit. You’ll be informed at the time of booking.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and contactless payments like Apple Pay or Venmo.
Q: Is gratuity included?
A: No, gratuity is not included or required but is greatly appreciated. Cash or Venmo is preferred for tips.
